Where does BTT ship?
BTT ships anywhere in the US with the option of fisrt class, mail, priority shipping, or express mail. If you have a special request and need your merchadice by a certain date please feel free to email us with your request and we will do our best to accomadate your needs.
What are the shipping costs?
BTT offers a flat rate shipping prices of $5.95 for orders up to $20. Orders $20 and up have a flat rate shipping fee of $7.95. Order will be processed in 2-5 business days and 5-7 days for shipping.There is also a 1 day express shipping option for your order in which we would like you to contact us to ensure you get your order in a timely manner.
I live in Dover, DE, do I have to shop on the site?
If you live in Dover, De you shop with BTT you may be offered the chance to shop at our location. This service will olnly be offered to V.I.P customers and frequent shoppers. Contact us if interested.
Does BTT offer refunds?
BTT will only refund your purchase if your purchase is defected. If so, please contact us so we will be expecting your item. When we recieve the item we will then refund your money or create a new order for the same price.
What if there is an item I want but it is sold out?
BTT offers exclusive pieces to our shoppers, so there may be limited quantities on some items. If there is an item you would like to inquire about just go to our contact page and we will see if we can fill your request.
